Edges of Land and Sea
Paper, zine and DIY self assembly project, RVCA, San Francisco, 2010. Exhibited in group show Golden State Part Three: Sculpture and Media, RVCA Gallery, San Francisco, 2010 - 2011.

As a six page zine, the project was designed to be assembled into a three-dimensional sphere. The project follows two main conventions, the first being that of zine production and distribution, the second, a social sculpture approach to communication, one of shared learning and collective doing. The project conceptually and aesthetically imbues interconnections between people, time and place. It is intended to dwell on the complexities of the sea as a geography that is shared and connected to all yet contains specific social and environmental histories and experiences.
